Job Description

Revalize is hiring a Sales Coordinator for its NORAM direct sales group. Founded in 2021, the company offers configure-price-quote, product lifecycle and design software to manufacturers in North America and Europe, and reports more than 16,000 customers worldwide. The position is remote and based in the United States.

The coordinator supports Account Executives and Account Managers from first contact to a signed order. Daily duties include keeping Salesforce records for accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities accurate; scheduling calls across US time zones; preparing quotes and order forms inside pricing and approval rules; and tracking contract and renewal dates alongside Finance and Legal. The person also works with Marketing on inbound leads, handles routine questions first, and produces recurring pipeline summaries for senior sales staff. Using AI tools to automate repetitive admin is encouraged.

Applicants should bring one to two years of seller support, sales administration or comparable client-facing admin work, preferably B2B. Academic background in business administration or nearby fields, or comparable on-the-job experience, is expected. Hands-on Salesforce use and fluency in Microsoft 365 are needed, along with organization across several deadlines and clear communication. The person must be based in the United States with work authorization there. Pay depends on experience, education, skills, duties and location, and the posting does not list a figure. Qualified candidates take a 30-minute online assessment before the process moves forward.

Responsibilities

  • Keep Salesforce data for accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities precise enough that the forecast holds up.
  • Arrange calls and meetings for account executives and managers across US time zones.
  • Produce quotes and order forms that respect pricing and approval policy.
  • Monitor contract and renewal dates and prepare paperwork with Finance and Legal.
  • Work with Marketing on inbound leads, route them to the correct seller, and back campaigns and events.
  • Alongside Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Finance, clear snags in orders, billing and onboarding handoffs.
  • Compile routine pipeline and activity summaries for sales leaders, and spot routine tasks AI could take over.

Requirements

  • Academic training in business administration, a neighboring discipline, or comparable hands-on experience.
  • One to two years of seller support, sales administration or comparable client-facing admin work.
  • Strong written and spoken communication.
  • Practical Salesforce use and confident work in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Strong organization and detail focus across competing priorities.
  • US-based with the right to work, and effective in a remote setup.
  • Interest in AI-assisted tools that speed up daily work.

Qualifications

  • B2B software sales support, with manufacturing, engineering or industrial technology a plus.
  • Know-how in configure-price-quote, product lifecycle or design software, or quote-to-order workflows.
  • Salesforce reports and dashboards experience.
  • Use of sales engagement or revenue intelligence platforms such as Outreach or Clari.
  • Working French.
  • Use of assistants like Claude or Microsoft Copilot for routine admin, meeting recaps or message drafts.

Core Skills

Benefits

  • PTO, sick leave and parental leave for full-time staff (30 or more hours weekly).
  • Health, dental and eye insurance.
  • Retirement plan (401(k)) and a health savings account.
  • Life insurance and an employee assistance program.
