Job Description
Belkins Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Support Specialist to join its internal sales group. Work is fully remote, and people in Europe or the United States who can keep US business hours are welcome to apply. The team is run by the Head of Sales. The posting calls for one to four years working with clients while supporting a sales team, such as coordinating sales work, admin support, account coordination or onboarding, ideally in B2B. Successful applicants are organized, detail-oriented, self-assured on calls, and use a CRM daily, with Salesforce or HubSpot named. English at C1 or higher, with strong writing skills, is required.
Useful extras include admin-level Salesforce or HubSpot know-how, experience with contracts, proposals or order forms, sequencing platforms such as HubSpot Sequences, Apollo or Lemlist, and prior work at a B2B agency, a lead generation shop or a SaaS vendor.
