Job Description

Belkins Inc. seeks a full-time Business Development Representative for its internal sales group. Work is fully remote, and people in Europe or the United States who can keep US business hours are welcome to apply. The representative starts discussions with B2B decision-makers and turns qualified prospects into meetings for Sales Executives, who then present demos and close the sale.

Outreach volume is high. The representative dials roughly 100 numbers a day through a power dialer, handles every response to automated email and LinkedIn sequences personally, qualifies prospects and books meetings. Every meeting goes to a Sales Executive along with the background they require: who the prospect is, why the timing matters, and what was promised. The representative keeps HubSpot notes and outcomes current and reports on what is working.

A target of 50 qualified meetings each month applies after a three-month build-up. After every meeting, the representative collects the Sales Executive's view on lead quality, fit and result, and applies it to targeting, messaging and qualification. The work covers every B2B sector.

Candidates should have at least one to two years of proven B2B cold-calling work, and a demonstrable history of 80 to 100 or more dials daily with meetings tied to quota. They must speak confidently with senior buyers, deal with objections on the spot, and communicate in professional English (C1 or above) both spoken and written. HubSpot experience is a plus.

Helpful extras include familiarity with power dialers such as Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall or PhoneBurner, background at an outsourced SDR or appointment-setting firm, and sequences that run across calls, email and LinkedIn.

Listed perks: competitive pay, flexible hours, growth support, mental health resources, paid vacation (20 days), parental leave, sick days paid in full and unlimited time off for unplanned needs.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls on a power dialer, around 100 a day
  • Personally answer every reply from automated email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Screen prospects and secure meetings with Sales Executives
  • Brief each Sales Executive on who the prospect is, why now, and any commitments
  • Keep HubSpot entries accurate for calls, notes and outcomes
  • Hit the monthly meeting target and report what works and what does not
  • Collect post-meeting feedback to sharpen targeting and messaging

Requirements

  • At least one to two years of proven B2B cold-calling work
  • Proven high-volume record: 80 to 100+ daily dials, converted into meetings against quota
  • Confidence speaking with senior buyers and handling objections live
  • Professional English at C1 or above, written and spoken
  • Hands-on CRM use, HubSpot preferred
  • Available for full US business hours

Qualifications

  • Power dialer experience (Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall or PhoneBurner)
  • Work history at an outsourced SDR shop, appointment-setting agency or lead-gen company
  • Experience with outreach sequences spanning calls, email and LinkedIn
