This position centers on maintaining the security, configuration, and health of critical business applications. Responsibilities
- Administer and configure core SaaS applications and business systems to maintain reliability and security

- Develop automations for routine administrative duties and access reviews to minimize manual errors
- Connect business systems and preserve data flows across applications
- Collaborate with the security, IT, and business departments during compliance requirements, audits, and access reviews

Requirements
- Experience administering business systems or SaaS applications, including configuration and access management
- Solid understanding of access management concepts such as least privilege, roles, permissions, and the provisioning lifecycle
- Fisability to automate administrative tasks and access reviews through scripting or built-in utilities
- Possession of strong communication and documentation skills
Qualifications
- Background administering Salesforce, identity providers like Okta or Entra, and other enterprise SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with identity and access governance tools, SSO, and SCIM
- Experience assisting with compliance access reviews or audits including SOC 2
