The firm seeks a remote Salesforce Consultant, Revenue Cloud to join its Revenue Solutions team. This position plays a central role in executing Salesforce projects by merging technical proficiency with system design capabilities to build secure, efficient, and scalable platforms that meet client specifications, alongside creating reusable assets for multiple accounts. The specialist utilizes Quote-to-Cash technologies on the Salesforce platform to help organizations align sales and finance functions while optimizing operational workflows. Professionals in this capacity take charge of solution design success, provide technical guidance, and deliver impactful client implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom code solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and Business Rules Engine
- Partner with Solution Architects to formulate detailed and effective client solution designs
- Build strategies to resolve complex technical obstacles
- Implement solutions that satisfy business needs and drive key decisions to enhance operational processes and productivity
- Formulate data models for tailored customizations alongside Solution Architects
- Conduct code reviews and execute unit testing for client use cases
- Manage deployments across environments, handle source control commits, and manage pull requests
- Execute sandbox data seedings for feature testing and perform production releases with rollback capabilities
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of total experience working with Salesforce
- At least three years of dedicated specialization in Agentforce Revenue Management, Revenue Cloud, RCA, CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects
- Solid grasp of mathematical and financial operations, including pricing and discounting calculations, proration, billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Practical experience utilizing document generation and e-signature tools such as Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Management, and CLM
- Foundational familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external platforms such as NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration elements including objects, flows, and Lightning components
- Familiarity with Apex, Omniscript, integration tools, and web services integration
- Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics
