As a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in AI & Agentforce, you will join a specialized acceleration unit dedicated to client-facing engagements. Rather than managing long-term delivery or basic platform development, this position concentrates on rapid execution through competitive bake-offs, quick prototypes, and innovative platform demonstrations. Working alongside a Pursuit Architect, you will own the technical design, handle live customer interactions, and troubleshoot logic issues under tight schedules.

Responsibilities
- Build agentic solutions quickly within client environments by translating needs into architectures involving subagents, deterministic guardrails, dynamic actions, and foundational data models.
- Manage recurring technical client meetings as the main contact point to show progress, take real-time feedback, and define scope boundaries.
- Present technical work to leadership and non-technical stakeholders while connecting delivery to key business metrics like deflection, handle duration, operational expenses, and user sentiment.
- Identify integration constraints, delivery bottlenecks, or misalignment among sponsors early to protect milestone schedules.
- Perform live troubleshooting and optimization under pressure to fix dialogue flow failures, execution bugs, or logic issues.
- Lead authoritative live interactive demonstrations of complex Agentforce solutions under active scrutiny.
- Transform technical insights from client work into reusable accelerators, demonstration assets, and internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience executing technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing environments with key stakeholder engagement.
- Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience building active solutions with Agentforce, Service Cloud, or comparable agentic AI architectures.
- Hold active Salesforce accreditations such as Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, or System Administrator credentials.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of enterprise architectural principles including integration patterns, data models, and platform boundaries.
- Be capable of analyzing Flows, Apex, or agent execution traces to pinpoint root causes and resolve issues under pressure.
- Reside in North America to support real-time troubleshooting and collaboration during client operational hours.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background leading fast-paced competitive bake-offs, proof-of-value prototypes, or pre-sales engagements within the AI landscape.
- Deep expertise in telephony and voice integration platforms such as Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Genesys, or NICE.
- Familiarity with broader agentic ecosystems like Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or contemporary LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Background with modern enterprise data architectures including Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
