This full-time on-site data role at SGS in the Philippines registers client samples in the laboratory information system and prepares customer invoices and statements. The analyst applies QC protocols, sends acknowledgements to clients and links price lists to work orders. The role suits a detail-focused candidate with data entry and billing experience.
Responsibilities
- Register samples in LIMS from client requests and sample submission forms to create work orders.
- Apply the correct QC protocols to each work order and raise discrepancies with supervisors.
- Prepare customer invoices and statements and send them to client accounts payable contacts.
- Follow up with clients on payments and keep data input accurate and timely.
Requirements
- At least three years in a data entry related role.
- Full professional proficiency in English and the ability to follow work instructions.
- Typing speed of 70 words per minute, with Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Qualifications
- Secondary education is the minimum requirement.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements is preferred.
- Prior experience in an invoicing or administrative role is preferred.
