Elfonze Technologies is hiring a remote SAP WM & S/4HANA Core Logistics Consultant to handle warehouse management and logistics processes. This position focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end solutions spanning inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics execution.
The person in this role will partner directly with business stakeholders to map out functional requirements, validate RICEFW objects, and manage data migration tasks such as stock migration and master data reconciliation. Duties also involve configuring putaway and picking strategies, handling inbound and outbound delivery processes, and managing integration points between inventory and warehouse modules.
This opportunity is well-suited for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise in SAP logistics who can build functional specifications, execute testing cycles, assist with cutover planning, and resolve production issues following go-live.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure SAP Warehouse Management and S/4HANA Core Logistics processes
- Gather business requirements and create functional specifications
- Support the design and validation of RICEFW objects
- Configure inventory management, warehouse management, and delivery processing for inbound and outbound operations
- Set up putaway, picking strategies, and label printing
- Handle data migration tasks including stock migration, master data validation, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with technical teams on ABAP developments and testing
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT support
- Assist with cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live production support
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP Warehouse Management and Inventory Management
- Solid familiarity with S/4HANA logistics operations
- Practical background in inbound and outbound delivery processing
- Proficiency with putaway, picking, transfer orders, storage types, bins, and warehouse structures
- Understanding of movement types such as 101, 311, and 561
- Experience using data migration tools like LTMC and the Migration Cockpit
- Comprehension of integration across MM, SD, and PP modules
- Ability to author functional specifications, test cases, and related documentation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10 or more years of professional experience in SAP WM and logistics
- Participation in at least one to two full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Familiarity with IDOCs and system interfaces
- Knowledge of RF frameworks and warehouse mobility solutions
- Previous involvement in S/4HANA implementations or system conversions
