The public company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Care Operations to join the business on a full-time, remote basis. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this individual will analyze daily performance metrics within Care Operations to discover operational opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance experiences for both patients and medical providers.
This position requires leading complex data investigations, tracking key performance indicators, and independently managing operational projects that impact growth, quality, and care delivery. The professional will collaborate closely with various internal departments, including Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations, while presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth operational analyses to uncover performance trends, determine root causes, and turn ambiguous data into actionable strategies.
- Track Care Operations metrics and key performance indicators to spot business risks and advocate for patient and team experience enhancements.
- Manage analytical and operational projects independently to boost efficiency, quality, growth, and care delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations departments to align on priorities and implement improvements.
- Assess the outcomes of business experiments, operational changes, and product launches until steady performance is achieved.
- Deliver data-driven findings and strategic trade-off recommendations to senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- Bring six or more years of professional experience in analytics, operations, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization software such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel.
- Show hands-on experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools like Claude to synthesize data and accelerate analytical work.
- Possess a proven background in fast-growing consumer marketplace or direct-to-consumer company environments.
