Figma is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Transformation to join the organization on a full-time basis, reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Transformation. This position can be based out of US hubs, including Austin, or handled remotely within the United States. Figma provides a collaborative design platform that enables distributed teams to handle prototyping, brainstorming, code translation, and real-time workflows.
In this position, the professional will focus on scaling and building the systems, internal controls, and processes that govern how revenue is generated and recognized. Responsibilities include collaborating across multiple departments—such as Billing Engineering, RevOps, Business Systems, and Product—to pilot and deploy revenue-impacting technical modifications. This role requires managing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture, ensuring SOX compliance, and supporting third-party billing implementations as transaction volumes increase.
The ideal candidate possesses at least four years of related background in finance systems, revenue accounting, Quote-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations. Familiarity with SaaS order-to-cash frameworks, Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zuora is important. Candidates must also be prepared to attend in-person onboarding if hired, and maintain their cameras on during video interviews.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and review user acceptance testing for system modifications, bug fixes, new SKUs, and enhancements.
- Draft and contribute to Business Requirements Documents concerning Quote-to-Cash and revenue-system initiatives.
- Maintain billing and revenue systems, third-party integrations, and Stripe billing implementations.
- Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance by identifying coverage gaps and ensuring appropriate audit trails and segregation of duties.
- Incorporate new revenue streams and acquisitions by setting up automated invoicing, data flows, and Q2C workflows.
- Analyze data to evaluate system performance and support continuous enhancements to the Q2C ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience across Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, revenue accounting, or finance systems.
- Solid understanding of SaaS order-to-cash workflows including quoting, contracting, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and ASC 606.
- Practical experience utilizing Salesforce alongside major ERP or billing platforms like NetSuite, Zuora, or Stripe Billing.
- Demonstrated history of defining business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and deploying system updates.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Engineering, Product, and Business Systems.
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to working in a public-company or SOX-compliant environment.
- Certified Public Accountant credential and/or Big 4 technical or revenue accounting background.
- Experience dealing with usage-based pricing models and associated billing structures.
