Responsibilities

- Ship AI-driven capabilities such as automated data cleansing, enhanced search functions, and intelligent enrichment.
- Maintain high performance on frequently used user pathways including lead lookup, deal updates, and bulk actions.
Requirements
- Experience as a senior software engineer working with Python or similar languages like Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Strong architectural background in planning zero-downtime migrations and sequencing complex system re-architectures.
- Expertise in data modeling, query design, schemas, relationships, and normalization.
- Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-backed or agentic features into production environments.
