In this position, you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of approximately 200 to 250 brands, serving as their primary partner and coach. Your objective will be to help these accounts optimize their utilization of the platform, expand their sales, and streamline everyday operations. Success in this quota-driven role is measured by hitting sales targets linked to tool utilization, driving adoption of company programs like Ads and Insider Partnership, and upselling new offerings.
This role suits professionals with extensive customer success or sales backgrounds who possess strong communication abilities and a growth-oriented mindset. Daily tasks involve engaging merchants through various channels including video calls, phone, email, and in-person meetings. You will also collaborate cross-functional groups such as product, design, and support teams to share customer feedback and resolve hurdles.
The position follows a hybrid work model where personnel visit the office three days per week—specifically Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a flex day of their choice. Employees in hybrid capacities may also work remotely for up to four weeks annually.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 200 to 250 brands by offering ongoing operational support and strategic guidance
- Engage accounts through 1:1 and scaled communication channels including phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings
- Drive revenue outcomes, target attainment, and high-value brand actions aligned with platform tools and programs
- Promote adoption of brand-funded initiatives such as Ads and Insider Partnership to increase retention
- Identify brand growth opportunities, translating strategies into actionable execution plans
- Communicate platform updates and new product releases to assigned accounts
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams including product, design, and support
- Leverage data dashboards, reports, and metrics to identify insights and direct action toward performance targets
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or business development within a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity utilizing sales and data platforms such as Salesforce, call recording systems, and data visualization tools
