Job Description
Samsara provides the Connected Operations Cloud, an IoT platform that helps organizations in industries like construction, manufacturing, and transportation improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability. The Business Value Strategy group works to grow enterprise accounts by proving return on investment potential and building lasting client relationships.
As a Senior Business Value Strategist, the chosen professional will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to demonstrate how clients benefit from Samsara products. This position suits an analytical self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, building meaningful client partnerships, and working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to establish the main efficiency, safety, and sustainability benefits of using Samsara products
- Analyze value realized by current clients and uncover fresh opportunities for expanded partnership
- Execute quantitative evaluations, ROI modeling, and trial management to prove scale value
- Advise buyers on technology deployment, change management, and other program drivers
- Share findings and proposals with senior leadership and client executives
- Direct business value programs to improve engagement quality and scale operational excellence
- Demonstrate and promote corporate cultural values across global operations
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of professional background in business operations, value engineering, finance, or management consulting
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, and complex modeling
- Demonstrated ability to establish empathetic working connections with clients and teammates
