Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customers and resolve their product quality issues
- Lead system-level root-cause investigations and report 0-km and field issues
- Monitor customer perception and define actions to improve satisfaction
- Carry out PHA and line walks for new customer projects and manage post-approval requirements
Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of experience
- Knowledge of IC engines, vehicle fuel injection, exhaust gas treatment and automotive products
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality and quality systems
- Working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, automobile or mechatronics)
- Familiarity with digitalization tools such as risk estimation tools
