CoderPad seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to handle a portfolio of forty to fifty mid-market accounts. This strategic position reports directly to the Head of Customer Success and operates within Central or Eastern Time hours in the United States. CoderPad builds technical interviewing software designed to standardize assessments, reduce bias, and foster equity within the tech community. Since its inception in 2013, the organization has supported more than three thousand eight hundred clients and facilitated over four million technical interviews globally using an IDE-like interface.
The person in this role will function as a strategic partner, bridging client objectives with product capabilities to secure long-term retention, high adoption rates, and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities span proactive engagement, onboarding execution, health monitoring, renewal navigation, and routine business reviews. Success in this position requires strong commercial judgment alongside high AI fluency, leveraging artificial intelligence daily to streamline account research, risk detection, and operational workflows while retaining personal oversight and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio consisting of forty to fifty mid-market accounts focusing on satisfaction, retention, and strategic health
- Direct onboarding procedures to help clients achieve fast time-to-value and strong product adoption curves
- Monitor quantitative data and qualitative indicators to flag at-risk accounts and formulate corrective plans
- Create and implement success roadmaps that match each client's specific business objectives
- Lead renewal discussions and execute risk mitigation steps in coordination with the sales team
- Spot expansion paths and drive growth through value messaging alongside strategic account executives
- Run regular business reviews to demonstrate product value and strengthen professional partnerships
- Act as the internal voice of the client to guide product enhancements and operational changes
- Collaborate across departments including product, support, and marketing to deliver a unified experience
- Apply daily AI workflows to accelerate account research, insights generation, success planning, and risk identification
