Job Description
Fieldguide offers AI software designed for audit and advisory practices. The company, a Series C business, says it is growing quickly and works with firms that are reshaping how professional services are delivered. This role is for a senior demand generation manager who will run the company's campaign engine, spanning webinars, nurture sequences, email and content distribution that generate pipeline across the market.
The manager is responsible for the numbers these channels produce, from setting a hypothesis through an honest review of results. Work includes planning the campaign calendar, writing briefs, running campaign working groups and reporting outcomes in the weekly pipeline meeting. A colleague handles paid media, which leaves the manager free to concentrate on campaign execution.
Core areas include a repeatable webinar schedule covering thought leadership, product releases and sponsored sessions, and nurture journeys segmented by practice area, buyer persona and funnel stage. The manager plans email sends with a stated hypothesis and metric, shapes audience lists, coordinates with the account-based marketing lead, and supports the demand side of trade shows and field events alongside the field marketing team.
The ideal candidate has six or more years in B2B demand generation, campaigns or lifecycle marketing, owning a pipeline target. They have run programs that moved an eight-figure quarterly pipeline goal, can break down conversion at each stage of a funnel, and know HubSpot or a similar automation platform well. They also use AI in daily campaign work and can demonstrate the workflows they built.
Responsibilities
- Run the webinar schedule from content and promotion through registration, attendance and follow-up
- Build and launch segmented nurture journeys, measuring conversion before go-live
- Plan email sends for content, product news and event promotion, each with a hypothesis and metric
- Decide audience and list strategy for content distribution across segments
- Work with the ABM lead to back account plays with campaign support and a common calendar
- Drive event demand campaigns, including promotion, sign-ups and follow-up sequences
- Report pipeline created and influenced by each program in the weekly review
- Create AI-assisted monitoring that flags campaign issues early and share those workflows widely
Requirements
- Six or more years in B2B demand generation, campaigns or lifecycle marketing, owning a pipeline target
- Track record of programs that have contributed meaningfully to an eight-figure quarterly pipeline goal
- Full-funnel perspective: can name each stage, its conversion rate, the personas involved and where the leaks are
- Practical experience running webinar, nurture and email programs at meaningful volume
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable automation platform, and the initiative to build workflows independently
- Documented AI practice in campaign work, including inputs and what the tool replaced
- Ability to coordinate with ABM, content, operations and sales and to hand off work cleanly
- B2B background is required; B2C experience does not match this role
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, accounting, audit or financial technology
- Ability to build marketing workflows yourself instead of waiting for operations help
