Job Description
Fieldguide makes software that helps audit and assurance teams work in cybersecurity, privacy and financial audit, with the aim of strengthening trust in global commerce. The job is remote and full-time; the manager's supervisor is the senior leader for product marketing. The role connects the product roadmap with sales, customer success and marketing, turning frequent releases into positioning, messaging and enablement materials.
The manager develops positioning, value propositions and buyer personas, and plans go-to-market efforts for launches. Deliverables include sales decks, demos, white papers and datasheets. The role trains sales teams on features and selling points and equips customer success teams for adoption, retention and expansion. Responsibilities include running the Customer Advisory Board with Revenue Marketing, planning in-market efforts, writing the executive product blog plus the internal newsletter, and building webinars and customer proof assets.
Ten-plus years in product or content marketing at advisory or similar SaaS firms is requested; comparable risk advisory work with a quick move into marketing also qualifies. Clear, polished prose is essential, whether for articles, newsletters, customer stories or webinar scripts, and so is juggling multiple projects while owning each. People from internal audit, SOC or compliance work are welcome to apply even without a standard product marketing track record. The posting also values using AI sensibly to find efficiencies. Benefits include pay packages with a real stake in the company, flexible PTO, a 401(k), wellness support from day one, technology and work-from-home reimbursement, and flexible schedules.
