As the Senior Director, Product Growth, the hired professional will guide the journey from enrollment to lasting habit formation across the entire portfolio. This position involves defining activation metrics, investigating user drop-offs, and driving experimentation and forecasts. Working hands-on with engineering and design teams, the successful candidate will establish operational mechanisms, align metrics across product lines, and leverage artificial intelligence daily for rapid analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage product strategy and execution for a growth team spanning multiple product lines.
- Define activation, engagement, and retention metrics across all product portfolios.
- Enhance core product performance indicators including adoption rates and retention.
- Collaborate closely with data teams and Member Marketing to unify the member journey.
- Establish shared product operating frameworks, experimentation workflows, and review schedules under strict clinical and privacy guardrails.
- Work hands-on alongside designers and engineers to implement and test growth experiments directly.
- Communicate forecasting results, analytical findings, and strategic decisions to executives and product leadership.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools daily for automated funnel monitoring, rapid analysis, and decision-making.
Requirements

- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience leading growth for business-to-consumer or business-to-business-to-consumer products at scale.
- Show a proven history of scaling products to large user bases with measurable improvements in retention and engagement.
- Demonstrate analytical proficiency including the ability to write SQL and utilize product analytics applications like Mixpanel or Tableau.
- Exhibit strong experimentation skills, including testing in environments where traditional A/B testing is impractical.
- Build systematic growth practices adopted across multiple teams.
Qualifications
- Bring previous experience growing products where users enroll via third-party partners such as health plans or employers.
- Demonstrate a background of driving strategic choices across product leaders without direct reporting lines.
- Possess working knowledge of habit formation and behavioral science applied responsibly.
- Act as an artificial intelligence-native builder who leverages artificial intelligence tools for analysis, prototyping, and establishing measurement foundations.
- Hold background experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries.
