Bosch is hiring a senior ECU hardware development lead in Bengaluru for vehicle motion and brake systems. The role owns end-to-end development and technical delivery of ECUs, from translating customer requirements into hardware requirements to schematics, BOMs and production documentation. It also covers interface circuit analysis, EMC and functional safety compliance, and acting as the technical interface to customers. The position is full-time and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer and system requirements into ECU hardware requirements
- Plan, track and drive ECU hardware project execution against milestones
- Lead hardware outputs including schematics, BOMs and production documentation
- Act as the customer's technical interface and drive design reviews and issue resolution
Requirements
- Experience in automotive electronics and ECU hardware development, with full lifecycle exposure
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow and model-based development
- Understanding of CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay and Automotive Ethernet
- Working knowledge of ISO 26262, failure mode analysis, Vector CANape and CANalyzer
Qualifications
- B.E, B.Tech, M.E or M.Tech in electrical, electronics, communication or instrumentation
- Experience with HIL, MIL and SIL environments and hardware verification
- Experience in rapid prototyping and hardware debugging
