Coinbase is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Platform Design and Research team, which focuses on internal infrastructure tools used by engineers. The role designs workflow-heavy enterprise tools such as configuration systems, release pipelines and real-time dashboards, and leads design end-to-end from discovery to launch. It is a full-time, remote position for US candidates, suited to a designer with at least seven years of product design experience and strong Figma skills.
Responsibilities
- Define the problem space for engineer-facing infrastructure tools using research and usage data
- Design UI and interaction patterns for data-intensive, workflow-heavy enterprise tools
- Own end-to-end design of the development release pipeline
- Design the Engineering Standards Scorecard and run iterative design cycles with internal users
Requirements
- At least seven years of professional product design experience, owning flows from discovery to launch
- Track record designing enterprise solutions for complex workflows
- Strong UX thinking, systems design, and visual, interaction and prototyping craft
- Experience designing for technical or data-heavy systems such as internal tools or dev platforms
Qualifications
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
