Bosch is hiring a senior ECU hardware development engineer in Bengaluru to take technical ownership of ECUs for vehicle motion and brake systems. The role covers analysing customer and system requirements, designing and documenting ECU hardware, and verification in HIL, MIL and SIL environments. It requires automotive ECU hardware experience and is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and system requirements and convert them into ECU hardware requirements
- Deliver schematics, BOMs and technical documentation for production
- Verify hardware with data acquisition and HIL, MIL and SIL environments
- Support rapid prototyping and hardware debugging
Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of automotive electronics and ECU hardware development
- Full lifecycle experience from requirements through design, verification and production
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow and model-based development
- Understanding of Functional Safety under ISO 26262
Qualifications
- B.E, B.Tech, M.E or M.Tech in electrical, electronics, communication or instrumentation
- Familiarity with Vector CANape and CANalyzer
