Job Description

In this position, you will join an agile software development lifecycle to build the Hypori application for Windows, while also supporting iOS and Android apps as necessary. Your duties will span design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting bug fixes and new features, with code delivery handled through an evolving CI/CD pipeline targeting on-premises and public cloud environments. Operating within a small team, the role calls for critical thinking, strong initiative, clear communication, and informed risk-taking.

Responsibilities

Build the Hypori application for Windows and provide support for iOS and Android apps when required
Participate in an agile software development process encompassing design, coding, troubleshooting, and testing
Deliver code using an evolving CI/CD pipeline to public cloud and on-premises deployments
Protect user data, intellectual property, and system integrity by following secure development policies and best practices
Maintain and share status updates through Jira and daily standup meetings
Align product requirements with knowledge of Windows internals and design new client app features
Develop unit tests and adapt the client application to leverage capabilities found in the Android ecosystem

Requirements

6+ years of desktop application development experience
Fluency in C, C++, and C#
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong proficiency in git version control
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

Qualifications

Experience with Objective C, Swift, and KMP
Ability to align product requirements with an understanding of iOS and Android
Familiarity with Google Protobuf
Background in Windows App Store development and application packaging
Experience updating Jenkins automated build systems
Knowledge of software security
1 or more years of mobile app software development experience on Android and iOS
