Responsibilities
- Manage and lead through other Engineering Managers to cultivate a collaborative and high-velocity team culture
- Oversee the execution of intricate engineering initiatives related to new product verticals
- Deconstruct projects into structured stages with predictable schedules while balancing trade-offs between experimentation, speed, and scalability
- Partner with data and product groups to prioritize high-impact deliverables
- Empower engineering teams to initiate and lead new product features through a bottom-up environment

Requirements
