Wise is hiring a Senior Technical Accounting Manager for a fixed-term contract lasting 16 months, located in London. This position sits within the finance group to help guide the organisation through a major transformation and build a mature technical accounting team following a US listing.
The person in this role will ensure that financial systems record new products and services accurately under both US GAAP and IFRS standards. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations for treasury products, writing accounting position papers, assisting with product rollouts, and communicating accounting procedures to external auditors and colleagues outside of finance. The successful candidate will work alongside multiple departments to integrate accounting practices directly into business operations and refresh relevant policies.

Requirements
