Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior go-to-market and business positions from intake to signed offer
- Create tailored hiring strategies and sourcing methods appropriate for each distinct functional discipline
- Design creative talent searches using Boolean methods, professional communities, portfolios, public writing, and web research
- Engage prospective candidates via personalized, human-centered outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles, analyze market insights, and adjust search tactics
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience through screening, interview preparation, and closing discussions
- Record candidate activity accurately within Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system
- Contribute novel research techniques, tools, and processes to enhance internal recruiting operations
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing hard-to-reach candidates through unconventional channels and signals
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and closing senior-level candidates
- Ability to adapt evaluation and engagement methods across diverse functions like Marketing, Brand Design, Client Engagement, and Accounting
