Responsibilities
- Lead and coach learning experience designers and manage design workflows and delivery
- Oversee new programme design aligned to competencies and learning principles
- Set review processes for content quality, accessibility and pedagogical rigour
- Use learner and partner feedback and data to improve curricula
Requirements
- Proven track record in instructional design, learning experience design or curriculum development
- Experience leading teams of designers or educators
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programme development projects
- Experience working with or integrating AI-powered learning or assessment tools
Qualifications
- Experience in accredited or competency-based education is a plus
- Exposure to creative industries, digital media or emerging technology is beneficial
