Job Description
Human Interest, a fintech firm working to widen access to workplace retirement savings for small and medium-sized employers, is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations inside its Customer Success and Operations division. The opening is full-time and remote across the United States. The person will oversee several teams of Operations Managers who execute money movement processes for employer clients and their plan participants.
This leader takes company strategy and converts it into working plans. Core duties include mentoring and growing the managers who report to them, setting performance expectations, tracking service levels, quality, accuracy, and turnaround times, and using analytics to increase output. The job also requires close collaboration with the Product and Engineering groups, along with Data, Legal, and Sales, to shape product direction and implement regulatory or technical changes.

The manager keeps controls strong across each transaction lifecycle and leads root cause investigations into operational patterns and difficult escalations. The posting describes a leader who can guide staff through change, report clearly to executives, and drive automation and process improvements while keeping the operation lean.
