  • Deploy on short notice to implement emergency cash crisis response programs
  • Supervise program implementation, test methods, and liaise with local authorities and response actors when deployed

Requirements

  • Five to seven or more years of experience in problem solving, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and/or new business development
  • Five or more years of experience working in difficult settings, including low-resource and high-insecurity contexts
  • Three to five years of experience providing direct mentoring or coaching to teams with performance measurement
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Ability to deploy on short notice for emergency cash response programs

Qualifications

  • Prior humanitarian or emergency response experience
  • Background in partnerships and relationship management for fundraising
  • Data analysis skills and familiarity with third-party tech platforms and tools
  • Additional language proficiency in French, Portuguese, or Arabic
