Job Description
Socure is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Analysis to join its team on a remote basis. In this full-time position, the professional will report directly to the VP of FP&A and work alongside go-to-market leaders and cross-functional partners. Socure creates identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, authenticating identities instantly in real-time and preventing fraud.
This role is designed for individuals who want significant responsibility, enjoy working in high-growth SaaS environments, and thrive under fast-paced conditions. The person selected will steer top-line budgeting, manage forecasting, and influence strategic decision-making across the enterprise.
The position involves developing complex financial models, monitoring performance indicators for executives and the board of directors, and partnering with go-to-market teams to provide data-backed recommendations. Additional duties include driving process improvements across accounting, revenue operations, and FP&A, automating forecasting processes, and assisting with ad hoc initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions evaluation and capital raises.

Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain complex financial models to project top-line metrics including revenue, annual recurring revenue, backlog, net dollar retention, lifetime value, and customer acquisition costs
- Monitor key performance indicators and communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to business leaders and the board of directors
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the go-to-market organization using data-driven analysis and action plans
- Drive process improvements across FP&A, accounting, business operations, and revenue operations
- Partner with business operations to automate forecasts and analyses within BI tools for real-time reporting
- Support ad hoc strategic projects including capital raises and M&A evaluation through financial modeling and diligence
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or accounting at a high-growth technology or venture-backed company
- At least three years of experience in a people management role with a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and developing financial analysts
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining complex financial models
- High proficiency in Excel, financial planning systems, ERP tools, and AI-enabled analytics platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative discipline
- MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
