The company is currently hiring a full-time Senior Manager IGA Engineering (Sailpoint ISC) to work in a remote capacity. In this position, the individual will head up the identity governance engineering staff, determine technical strategies for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, and direct identity lifecycle management for human and non-human identities.
This role is well-suited for an experienced identity engineering leader who wants to drive enterprise-wide security transformations, manage engineering professionals, and collaborate closely with cross-functional technology and compliance units. The chosen candidate will report to the Director of IGA and focus on expanding automation through APIs, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps frameworks while overseeing migrations away from legacy identity platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Identity Governance engineers
- Define technical strategy and engineering standards for enterprise identity governance and administration services
- Drive the architecture, deployment, and daily operation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Supervise identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, governance workflows, and certifications
- Manage transitions from legacy identity management solutions to SailPoint ISC
- Set up governance procedures for machine identities, service accounts, cloud service principals, and bots
- Increase automation capabilities utilizing APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps methodologies, and automated testing
- Collaborate with technology, business, application, cloud, security, and compliance stakeholders to assist with application onboarding, regulatory compliance, operational reporting, and cloud transformations
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of working background in Identity and Access Management or Identity Governance engineering
- At least 5 years of experience supervising software engineering or identity engineering teams
- Practical, hands-on implementation and operational background with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Demonstrated experience steering enterprise-level SailPoint deployments from the initial architecture phase through production support
- Working knowledge of access certifications, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, and governance workflows
- Background building identity integrations using connectors, APIs, and automation
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile delivery, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code
- Demonstrated skill in presenting program updates and technical strategies to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management
