This position acts as a steward of financial health by managing revenue budgeting, developing multi-year forecasting models, and translating complex financial data into insights for executive leadership. The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance high-level strategy with granular analysis. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, the role involves cross-functional collaboration to shape growth-oriented financial goals and deliver transparent reporting.
The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 109,000 to 113,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, unlimited paid time off, and parental leave.
Responsibilities
- Manage the revenue portion of the annual budget, monthly actuals reporting, and forecasts using data from Accounting and Revenue Operations
- Review and pressure-test bottom-up revenue forecasts to establish risk-adjusted figures for financial planning
- Build and maintain the integrated multi-year financial model for long-range planning across revenue, operating expenses, and cash reserves
- Establish input standards, requirements, and deadlines for various departments to keep the long-range model updated
- Conduct financial performance analytics, including return on investment reporting and ad hoc analyses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design growth-focused financial and key performance indicator goals
- Prepare monthly financial results for leadership and contribute to presentations for the Board of Directors and Finance Committee
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Bring at least 7 years of professional experience spanning finance, strategic, and analytical roles
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial concepts alongside knowledge of forecasting and long-range planning
- Possess advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Excel
- Show adaptability with systems and tools, including the ability to leverage artificial intelligence for workflow efficiencies
- Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives independently within a dynamic environment
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and verify work thoroughly to ensure data accuracy
