Figma's Revenue Operations team, part of Accounting, is hiring a Senior Order Management Analyst to run the order-to-cash process from contract review through to invoicing. The role handles complex orders, supports Sales and Support on billing questions, and helps test new products and billing releases. Full-time, from a US hub or remotely in the United States, for someone with at least three years in order management or billing at a SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Own orders end to end, from contract review and order entry through invoicing, within SLA
- Act as the go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions
- Review routine orders and drive recurring error patterns to resolution
- Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals and SOX controls
Requirements
- At least three years in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations or revenue operations at a SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite and a payment processor such as Stripe
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including reconciling large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication
Qualifications
- Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow into billing and revenue
- Experience running UAT for new products, pricing models or billing system releases
