Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and demonstrate system solutions for the recruit-to-hire lifecycle
- Evaluate current talent acquisition workflows to propose process improvements, optimizations, and fraud prevention measures
- Configure, design, and implement adjustments within platforms including Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, HireRight, and HackerRank
- Author functional design documents, test strategies, and user acceptance testing scripts while logging and resolving defects
- Deliver post-implementation troubleshooting and continuous operational enhancements for all hiring applications
- Act as a bridge between talent acquisition units and People Technology Product Managers
- Draft training materials, user guides, and release notes for system administrators and end-users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR technology or business systems analysis with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition applications
- Demonstrated expertise maintaining recruitment platforms such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and fraud detection tools
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, process mapping, data modeling, and user acceptance testing execution
- Background working with audit teams and adhering to SOX controls
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience operating in an Agile or Scrum environment leveraging Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
- Familiarity with talent acquisition data analytics and reporting utilities
