This full-time position operates with a virtual-first approach and a flexible work location, requiring up to 25% travel for client engagements.
This role serves as a Full Spectrum Enterprise Architect, bridging deep technical knowledge with strategic executive influence across App Innovation, Cloud Platform, and Data & AI practices. Responsibilities involve shaping enterprise-level architecture strategies, mentoring senior technical leaders, supporting presales activities, and driving delivery excellence.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience leading enterprise-scale architecture programs, thought leadership in the industry, and robust expertise in Azure architecture. Domain familiarity spans modernizing enterprise applications with .NET, Java, Node.js, and Python, managing cloud platform landing zones and governance, and architecting modern data platforms using technologies such as Azure Synapse and Databricks. Compensation ranges from USD 183,400 to 255,100 per year, supplemented by utilization and discretionary bonus eligibility alongside a comprehensive total rewards package.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise-level architecture strategies and delivery frameworks linking modernization programs to business goals
- Shape cross-domain modernization roadmaps by integrating App Innovation, Cloud Platform, and Data & AI strategies
- Mentor senior architects and technical leaders to improve design quality, scalability, and reusability
- Drive cross-practice collaboration to create reusable assets, frameworks, and patterns
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align modernization investments with enterprise transformation goals
- Represent architectural leadership in client engagements, partner discussions, and executive forums
- Identify and guide emerging technology adoption to enhance delivery maturity and client value
- Contribute to presales and solution strategy through high-value proposals and modernization initiatives
- Champion capability growth and mentorship within architecture and delivery teams
- Manage commitments to balance strategic impact with delivery execution for client and organizational success
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale architecture strategy and delivery programs across large portfolios
- Demonstrated ability to guide modernization strategies spanning application, cloud, and data domains
- Strong background in shaping long-term modernization roadmaps and capability frameworks aligned with business outcomes
- Deep expertise in Azure architecture encompassing enterprise-scale cloud adoption, governance, and integration models
- Experience working with hybrid or multi-cloud environments and enterprise modernization programs
- Excellence in communication with the ability to translate complex architecture concepts into clear business impact
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements
