Wise is hiring its Senior Product Analytics Manager in London, to set analytics direction for the Global Send Experience Squad. The squad's money transfer business handles about 5% of cross-border transfers worldwide for personal customers. The role helps decide where growth should come from and which customer problems to tackle first.
The manager runs discovery work across remittance, developing an understanding of customer needs, spotting the most valuable openings and shaping them into a product strategy that is easy to follow, working with Product, Design and Engineering. Requirements
- Experience leading and developing analytics teams, including senior analysts.
- Past success using analytics to inform where a product or business goes next.
- Product and commercial judgement that links customer needs, product choices and sustainable economics.
- Experience leading discovery to surface valuable openings in unclear problem areas.
- Deep understanding of product analytics across acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Skill with quantitative evidence, such as experiments and causal analysis.
- Strong technical analytics skills, including SQL.
- Strong communication, and the capacity to chart long-term direction.
