Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee endpoint sensor capabilities for its unified data security platform, Flow, which addresses human data security, agentic security, and data security posture management. This fully remote role is located in Europe and involves collaborating closely with founders, top executives, marketing, and a distributed engineering team operating across Central European and US time zones.
The position is suited for a product professional with a strong background in enterprise security who can drive product strategy, manage endpoint product development from conception to deployment, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies. Responsibilities include engaging with current and prospective customers, analyzing industry trends and competitors, defining and prioritizing user stories for engineers, and acting as an external spokesperson for the company at conferences and on social media.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for endpoint sensor capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint features for detection and response use cases
- Interact with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and product value
- Monitor cybersecurity industry trends and research competitor functionality, pricing, and positioning
- Manage endpoint product development initiatives from conceptualization to deployment
- Prioritize the product roadmap to align with company vision and support sales objectives
- Communicate product requirements and vision to engineering, write and prioritize user stories, and enforce the Definition of Done
- Serve as an external company spokesperson, maintain social media presence, and speak at conferences
- Partner with the marketing team on product announcements and launches
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing successful enterprise security products
- Experience with cross-platform endpoint software, endpoint telemetry collection, and endpoint security areas such as EDR, EPP, or DLP
- Experience managing large-scale endpoint software deployments
- Background in managing successful enterprise products within early-stage startups
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives, customers, engineers, and internal groups
- Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms meeting large enterprise requirements
- Experience working closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers on modern user interfaces
- Ability to use a data-driven approach for product decisions
- Availability for frequent communication with a distributed engineering team in Central European and US time zones
- Located in Europe
