Envato is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their remote team on a contract basis. The position requires collaborating closely with design, engineering, and product groups to guide initiatives from initial discovery through launch, performance measurement, and subsequent iteration. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product initiatives to translate existing strategy into clear, actionable tasks
- Navigate project trade-offs using commercial context, data, and customer insights
- Drive execution and keep delivery moving forward with minimal oversight
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams from discovery through to launch, measurement, and iteration
- Utilize AI, automation, and agents to find smarter ways of working
Requirements
- Prior work experience as a senior Product Manager within a SaaS, digital product, or technology business
- Demonstrated ability to move an initiative from an ambiguous starting point to a shipped, measured, and improved product
- Experience working directly with designers and engineers while making independent trade-offs and decisions
- Strong product judgment, commercial awareness, and customer empathy utilizing qualitative and quantitative data
- Fluency in using AI as part of everyday working and thinking
