To support its expanding global sales division, the company is seeking an experienced professional to join its Go-to-Market Strategy organization.
The position focuses on building foundational technology, tools, and workflows that boost operational efficiency and accelerate advertiser growth. The person in this role will oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise sales technology, tackling complex business challenges to deliver scalable solutions.
This opportunity is well-suited for a seasoned product specialist who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and possesses deep familiarity with enterprise software and artificial intelligence systems. Day-to-day work involves close partnership with engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders to drive organizational transformation and improve seller productivity.
The role is based on-site and requires the person to work within a commutable distance of designated hub offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for sales tooling dedicated to expanding the advertiser base
- Analyze seller and advertiser pain points to discover automation and user experience improvements
- Design tools that elevate seller productivity in areas such as account planning, customer health scoring, relationship management, and data enrichment
- Enhance underlying data foundations to support AI-first initiatives, covering entity resolution, data orchestration, and enrichment
- Track performance using metrics, experimentation, and customer feedback to gauge effects on revenue, efficiency, and quality
- Partner with cross-functional groups including engineering, vendors, system owners, and business leaders
- Convert operational needs into product capabilities, product requirement documents, engineering priorities, and key performance indicators
- Manage change and drive adoption of new product features across go-to-market teams
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience spanning go-to-market systems, enterprise SaaS technology, and AI-powered tooling
- Demonstrated fluency in modern go-to-market systems such as billing, marketing automation, Salesforce, lead routing and scoring, customer lifecycle tools, and data enrichment applications
- Proven capability to drive strategic alignment, executive communication, and cross-functional influence
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, conducting experiments, and prioritizing product investments
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced, ambiguous settings that demand rapid iteration and continuous shaping
