Responsibilities
- Direct the execution, growth, and scaling of consumer products and experiences within international markets
- Adapt direct-to-consumer products for global regions by analyzing customer performance data and iterating on features
- Drive success metrics through high-impact product releases
- Partner with engineering teams across the organization to prioritize and drive development
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups including design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, credit, and fraud
- Identify and create seamless discovery, usage, and management experiences for apps, wallets, and marketplaces
Requirements
- Directly managed technical software products from kick-off to post-launch with measurable business impact
- Experience working on consumer technology products in Canada, the UK, the European Union, or Australia
- Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and data analysts
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and secure decisions from senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience influencing engineering teams outside of direct purview to build required product features
- Track record of turning ambiguous or conflicting inputs into a solid action plan and shipping products on time
