This position suits an experienced professional ready to take substantial ownership of complex client engagements and guide cross-functional operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as the primary delivery contact for high-value accounts, translating client objectives into structured programs. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss, overseeing timelines and dependencies, establishing governance frameworks, and coordinating globally distributed teams. The position also involves mentoring junior staff members, contributing to proposals and pitches, and leveraging artificial intelligence tools and project data to optimize reporting and delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across complex, multi-workstream client accounts while monitoring risks, quality, and timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Set up governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and RAID management systems
- Handle account profit and loss responsibilities including budget forecasting and margin management
- Coordinate distributed delivery teams across multiple regions and establish clear performance expectations
- Coach and develop project managers and junior staff members
- Contribute delivery expertise to proposals, pitches, and requests for proposals
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and project dashboards to enhance reporting and decision-making
Requirements
- Five to eight years of project or program management experience with a track record of leading complex client engagements
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholders
- Commercial and profit and loss expertise covering budgeting, margin control, and scope management
- Background in leading and developing globally distributed delivery teams
- Proficiency in governance, risk management, and quality control
- Experience contributing to pitches, proposals, and growth initiatives
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for reporting and data-driven decision making
- Previous work history in a technology, consultancy, digital agency, or marketing technology environment
- English language proficiency at the C1 level
Qualifications
- Experience managing large client accounts within a digital agency or marketing technology consultancy
- Familiarity with customer relationship management, Braze, Snowflake, and data-driven delivery methods
- Braze certification or advanced platform knowledge
- MSP Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent program-level certification
