WelbeHealth is seeking a remote Senior Quality Operations Specialist, CAP & Monitoring to lead corrective action plans stemming from PACE regulatory audits. In this full-time role, reporting directly to the Quality Operations Director, the specialist will oversee the complete lifecycle of corrective action plans, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate closely with clinical, operational, compliance, and quality leaders.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corrective action plans originating from regulatory audits, complaints, and compliance reviews
- Partner with departmental and center leadership to build remediation strategies, establish timelines, and resolve barriers
- Facilitate root cause analysis sessions, corrective action plan meetings, and remediation workgroups
- Examine documentation and monitoring evidence to check for regulatory compliance and effectiveness
- Maintain tracking tools, status reports, and dashboards while utilizing metrics to spot trends and risks
- Explore opportunities to apply AI and technology to streamline workflows and automate processes
- Travel to WelbeHealth centers with occasional overnight stays when necessary for business operations
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality, auditing, corrective action management, performance improvement, or related operations
- Experience developing, implementing, monitoring, and sustaining regulatory corrective action plans
- Strong critical-thinking skills and a data-driven approach to determine root causes and evaluate risks
- Ability to travel to WelbeHealth centers for business needs as required
- Compliance with the employer vaccination policy by providing proof of vaccination or a declination form prior to employment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, public health, health information management, regulatory affairs, quality management, compliance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Five years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, auditing, performance improvement, or corrective action management preferred
- Previous background using quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSA
- Experience working with PACE, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, root cause analysis, or healthcare operations preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI and experience developing performance measures, reports, and tracking tools
