Elastic is seeking a senior regional services partner to run its enterprise and public-sector services work across MENA. The role blends revenue accountability, client engagement and delivery quality, and reports to the Regional Services Leader.
The partner would take charge of services bookings and revenue goals, shape a territory services strategy around account plans, keep forecasts accurate and close pipeline gaps. This includes running the bid and negotiation process for services, covering scope, price, contract design and deliverables, and drafting statements of work linked to measurable milestones and results.
Delivery duties include overseeing several engagements at once while keeping costs, margin and customer satisfaction on target, governing strategic accounts and handling escalations, spotting and reducing risks, chairing steering meetings and managing change. The partner also advises customers on how Elastic services support their mission goals and regulatory limits, and coordinates with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Customer Success and partner teams.
Candidates need eight or more years in professional services, delivery management or pre-sales for enterprise technology, plus experience with enterprise and public sector clients. Demonstrated accountability for services bookings targets and for negotiating complicated contracts is expected, along with experience delivering search, observability, analytics or security work and running several parallel engagements under governance and risk controls.
