Coins.ph is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst in Manila for a full-time hybrid role. The analyst identifies and measures market, liquidity, operational, regulatory and business continuity risks in line with BSP requirements, runs risk assessments for new products and changes, and maintains the tools and processes that track exposures. The role produces regular and ad hoc risk reports, flags policy breaches, and spreads risk awareness through training.
Responsibilities
- Identify, measure and manage market, liquidity, operational, regulatory and business continuity risks under BSP rules.
- Run risk assessments for new products, services, processes and changes.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on exposures, emerging risks and policy or regulatory breaches.
- Maintain risk tools and processes and deliver risk education to business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, accountancy, finance, business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of risk management, finance, accounting, audit or related experience.
- Familiarity with BSP regulations, ISO, COSO and Basel II and III.
- Strong written and verbal communication with process owners and senior management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting systems, financial statements and risk indicators.
- Working knowledge of BSP rules for non-bank financial institutions.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
