Senior Sales, InMobi Alliance - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

InMobi is recruiting a Senior Sales Manager for its alliance business in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. InMobi is a global technology group whose advertising arm includes an agentic advertising platform and the Glance consumer platform. This role represents InMobi's partnership with Microsoft Advertising, covering search, app promotion, native, display, video and CTV formats in Vietnam.

The manager aims to win new clients and agencies from a targeted list, grow revenue, and keep a steady pipeline of prospects moving toward onboarding. Work includes creating customer plans with Account Managers and Strategy teams, leading key client conversations, and coordinating internal teams to reach targets. Relationships with budget owners, media planners and senior leaders matter throughout.

Timing is staged. In the first quarter, the manager learns the Vietnamese ecosystem and starts revenue discussions while building a predictable pipeline. From the second quarter, the emphasis moves to growing share of wallet, onboarding more clients and agencies, and strengthening search expertise. Success is measured by new customer acquisition, product adoption, customer experience and opportunity capture.

Required experience is eight-plus years overall, with three or more years in online media sales or digital advertising. The posting asks for an established network among Vietnamese brands and agencies, experience building a client base from nothing, and a history of meeting or beating revenue goals. Frequent travel across Vietnam is part of the role. An MBA or advanced degree, search and app marketing experience, and knowledge of the digital ecosystem are preferred.
