The company is hiring a remote Senior Scheduler to oversee integrated schedules for its artificial intelligence data center portfolio.
This professional will coordinate milestone tracking across multiple workstreams including development, design, procurement, utilities, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Duties involve generating master schedules, conducting update cycles, assessing partner timelines, identifying critical path risks, and establishing practical recovery plans. The ideal candidate can independently evaluate contractor schedules, communicate early warnings regarding delays, and deliver data for stage-gate reviews and executive dashboards.
Candidates must possess extensive scheduling experience supporting large capital projects such as industrial facilities, power infrastructure, or data centers. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for active data center projects and the broader development portfolio
- Integrate milestones and dependencies across land, power, permitting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness
- Lead weekly and monthly schedule-update cycles, validate reported progress, and produce look-ahead schedules
- Review external partner schedules for logic, sequencing, durations, constraints, and contractual alignment
- Identify critical paths, emerging delays, and milestone exposures while recommending recovery actions
- Create schedule scenarios, fragnets, and time-impact analyses for changes and delays
- Provide schedule information for stage-gate reviews, cash-flow forecasts, executive dashboards, and reporting
- Maintain records supporting change evaluation, claims avoidance, and dispute analysis
Requirements
- Seven or more years of progressive construction scheduling experience supporting large capital projects like data centers or industrial facilities
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or comparable enterprise scheduling platforms
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrated master schedules across multiple contractor and owner workstreams
- Strong knowledge of critical-path methodology, baseline management, progress measurement, and schedule quality review
- Ability to travel to project sites and support critical schedule updates or deadlines when required
- Insurability under CleanSpark vehicle insurance policy if operating a company vehicle or traveling between sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in lieu of a degree
