Within this ecosystem, the Productivity Engineering group houses the Developer Experience team, a compact, senior-level unit dedicated to optimizing workflows for an engineering organization of around 250 personnel. This team creates internal platforms, cloud development environments, and agentic workflows utilized daily by developers across the enterprise.
This position centers on shaping infrastructure for an AI-native engineering division. The selected candidate will engineer self-service portals, command-line tools, integrated development environment additions, and cloud environments optimized for both human engineers and AI agents. Responsibilities include building plugins and servers, refining testing systems, pipelines, and build architectures, and testing emerging artificial intelligence utilities for enterprise deployment. Candidates should possess systems thinking capabilities, familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems, and a product-oriented mindset focused on end-to-end user journeys.

Responsibilities
- Develop platform foundations for agentic workflows by rolling out tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor alongside necessary skills, plugins, and servers
- Design and construct user interfaces for developers and AI agents, including self-service portal portals, command-line utilities, integrated development environment integrations, and deployment frameworks
- Manage and advance the cloud development environment architecture supporting human staff and AI agents
- Enhance build systems, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, testing frameworks, and system observability
- Test and evaluate emerging artificial intelligence developer applications for potential organization-wide adoption
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in establishing developer infrastructure or platform tools utilized by a scaling engineering group
- Hands-on practice using agentic developer utilities such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
- Proficiency in Go and Python for command-line utilities, services, and bots, as well as TypeScript and React for web user interfaces
- Minimum of 6 years of professional industry experience in software engineering, featuring cross-team initiatives with measurable productivity impacts
