The organization is currently hiring a Sr. Manager, Success Operations to direct the infrastructure supporting frontline groups, partnership initiatives, and experimental functions. This position reports directly to the Director of Success Operations and involves leading a team of senior operations analysts. The role suits a strategic operator who thrives in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys establishing new frameworks from scratch rather than maintaining steady-state workflows.
Responsibilities include defining outcome objectives for major growth sectors, managing commercial operations for partnerships, overseeing supply health metrics, and directing capacity planning and forecasting. The professional in this position will also decide when to implement AI automation versus human intervention, set experimental testing strategies, and guide team development. The position is full-time and on-site, with a salary range spanning USD 161,500 to 246,400 per year depending on geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Establish strategic goals and tooling requirements for key growth initiatives and partnership launches
- Act as the primary commercial operations liaison to align partnership demands with frontline execution
- Manage the supply health framework, dashboards, and levers to guide pricing, availability, and job-fit
- Handle capacity forecasting, resource planning, and executive business reviews
- Develop testing strategies for fulfillment methods, go-to-market plans, and AI-enabled workflows
- Supervise, hire, and coach a team of senior individual contributors and operations analysts
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional background in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketplace Operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing senior individual contributors
- Background combining strategic problem-solving with hands-on operational execution
- Professional history within a two-sided marketplace, gig economy platform, or fast-moving consumer or small-to-medium business ecosystem
- Experience building operational initiatives quickly under tight deadlines and iterating rapidly
- Quantitative proficiency with probability frameworks, coverage ratios, and propensity models
- Practical experience deploying AI-driven workflows or automations within an operational setting
- Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders using data
