The company is currently hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer II to join the Acquisition and Onboarding unit within its Consumer division.

This fully remote position suits professionals who want to shape initial customer interactions by building polished, accessible, and performant interfaces across mobile, web, and backend environments. The role involves guiding technical strategies, collaborating closely with product development partners, and maintaining high availability and operational standards.

Selected candidates will take charge of meeting quarterly team targets, leading complex problem-solving initiatives, and providing mentorship. Daily activities span cross-functional planning, establishing code review guidelines, implementing feature experimentation, and supporting on-call rotations to guarantee system reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver quarterly goals for the engineering team while guiding peers through ambiguous problems.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams during the product development lifecycle.
  • Oversee team operations and availability by setting up monitoring, playbooks, alerting, and triage rotations.
  • Identify and resolve project, process, technology, or business obstacles.
  • Establish and elevate code review and design standards across the team.
  • Mentor team members by offering constructive guidance and feedback.

Requirements

  • Have at least 4 years of experience working as a software engineer.
  • Demonstrate background leading major mobile initiatives covering architecture design, cross-functional releases, and production reliability.
  • Possess experience navigating React Native and native Swift or Kotlin boundaries, including mobile debugging and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Know how to implement experimentation, feature flagging, and analytics tools in mobile apps.
  • Build web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue, alongside proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable backend infrastructure using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
