Alloy seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Technical Solutions group. The company operates an AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that supports financial institutions and fintechs with onboarding, compliance, and fraud reduction. In this role, the professional will serve as the technical lead for Risk-Based Authentication deployments, managing client relationships after the sale and presenting architectural solutions.
This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, where employees near New York City work from the Union Square headquarters in Manhattan on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities include guiding clients through implementation, handling API integrations, collaborating with engineering teams, and mentoring peers. The ideal candidate blends technical proficiency with relationship-building skills and has experience working with complex technical products in a client-facing capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of Risk-Based Authentication client implementations alongside Implementation Managers
- Evaluate client needs to propose product solutions and architectural overviews
- Partner with engineering teams to manage data ingestion processes for client deployments
- Integrate the company API into applications using code
- Execute and manage end-to-end testing independently to fulfill client objectives
- Mentor and consult other solutions architects regarding client rollouts
- Contribute to technical documentation, FAQs, client reporting, and rule optimization
- Participate in client production readiness and launch support outside of standard business hours when needed
- Act as a communication bridge between Product, Engineering, and Technical Solutions departments
- Represent client interests internally to drive service and product development
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in a client-facing, post-sales role
- Background working with IAM, Authentication, or related software platform solutions
- Experience utilizing REST APIs
- Familiarity with data manipulation and ETL processes
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup requiring presence at the Manhattan headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Qualifications
- Desire to learn and implement other product offerings from the company
- Prior software development experience using Python or SQL
