Integrity Management Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior Tester who can work remotely. The organization is a women-owned small business that assists commercial and government clients with compliance, program integrity, and the prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse through audits, investigations, technology solutions, and data analytics.
In this role, the selected professional will build, run, and update automated testing scripts to support data analytics technologies used within a federal healthcare program. The position concentrates on automated data validation, test automation development, and enhancing overall testing reliability across analytical applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, run, and maintain automated test scripts for analytical tools and technologies
- Create automated testing strategies for SQL scripts, Python notebooks, BusinessObjects reports, and AI-enabled applications
- Execute automated regression testing, data validation, and defect analysis
- Partner with data analysts and developers to troubleshoot testing challenges and enhance test coverage
- Find new ways to automate routine testing tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in test automation, software testing, data validation, or related technical quality assurance
- Demonstrated background in building, running, and maintaining automated test scripts
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python for test automation purposes
- Robust SQL capabilities encompassing the validation of data transformations, queries, and analytical results
- Experience troubleshooting testing errors and building automated regression tests
- Solid technical documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Background in automating tests for SQL scripts, Python notebooks, AI chatbots or assistants, or BusinessObjects reports
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks including pytest or equivalent options
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks
- Background working with federal healthcare data analytics programs, Medicare, or Medicaid
